By placing any order, you certify that:
Order submission: Submitting an order form constitutes an offer to purchase, not a binding contract. PeptiDirect reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
Order review: All orders are reviewed within 24 hours. We may request additional information before accepting an order.
Payment: Payment is currently accepted via Venmo (@peptidirect). A Venmo charge request will be sent to the handle you provide upon order confirmation. Orders are not fulfilled until payment is confirmed.
Pricing: All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order submission is the price that applies to that order.
Flat shipping: A flat $20 shipping fee applies to all US orders. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping is via USPS or UPS with full tracking. Tracking information is emailed upon shipment. PeptiDirect is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
All orders are shipped in discreet, professional packaging with no external indicators of contents.
Due to the nature of research compounds and regulatory requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged or with a quality issue, contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of receipt with photos and we will work to resolve the issue.
You assume all risk associated with the acquisition, handling, storage, and use of any research compounds purchased from PeptiDirect. You acknowledge that research peptide compounds require proper laboratory handling and that misuse may be dangerous.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPTIDIRECT, PEPTIDIRECT LLC, AND TSB HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PeptiDirect, Peptidirect LLC, TSB Holdings LLC, and their respective members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Mandatory arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings in Bonner County, Idaho.
JURY TRIAL WAIVER: YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DISPUTE ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated effective date at the top of this page.
